How to set up Real Time Visitor Count Alert ?

            This is how the Real Time Visitor Count Alert looks like : 




            All you need to do is simply log into your LetConvert dashboard >> Create New Campaign >> 3 simple steps.




            Now, to  be able to create Real Time Visitor Count Alert, follow the steps listed below:


            Step 1: Create Campaign


            A. Enter name and enable the Settings.


            Enter the campaign name, and enable Right to left language support & Callout translation if you wish to enable them.




            Note: To be able to understand translation in a better manner, refer to the guide here


            B. Configure the Display Settings.


            We highly recommend you to not add ‘http’, ‘https’, or ‘www’ in the prefix of the URL which you enter.

            C. Configure the Capture Settings.


            Select the Record Source or enter a URL if you wish to capture events from separate URL after switching the toggle on.

            Step2: Choose Alerts


            Now, click on Real Time Visitor Count Alert, a new form will open up.




            You need to configure 3 sections under this Alert form:


            A. Customise Alert


            a. Enter the Alert Title & Add Personalisation. Follow the same procedure for the Alert Message- enter Alert Message & Add Personalisation.




            b. Select the Alert Template. There are 4 types of templates available.



            Note: You can see a live preview of the alert on your bottom left corner.


            B. General Settings

            Note:  We recommend not changing the default values for optimal results. 

            a. You can choose whether you want to display custom image/gif. Simply upload or choose from library. You can also see the preview at the left hand side.



            b. If you want to show the alert only once then, you can simply switch the toggle on.



            c. You can choose when you want to start showing the alerts, you can choose 2, 1, etc. If you choose 2 then, the alert would show when the conversions/visitors would be more than 2.


             


            C. Design

            Note: We recommend not changing the default values for optimal results. 


            a. You can change the Title Color, Message Color & Alert Background Color by simply clicking on the color at their right hand side. You can also see the live preview of the alert at the left hand side of the dashboard.




            b. In case you have highlighted any text then, you can also change the Highlight Text Color & Highlight Background Color by simply clicking on the color at their right hand side. You can also see the live preview of the alert at the left hand side of the dashboard.



            c. You also have the option to change the Font and Alert AnimationYou can also see the live preview of the alert at the left hand side of the dashboard.



            Note: You can also save the campaign as draft and can continue later.


            Step 3: Configure the Settings


            A. Choose the Alert Position & Alert Repeat Control.


            You can choose the alert position- there are 4 position options and you can also configure the alert repeat conditions- there are 2 conditions, whether you want to show them again on refresh or after X hours/days/weeks.




            B. Customise Alert Frequency


            You can enable the delay before the display of first alert, the display duration of each alert & the spacing between 2 alerts.




            C. Mobile Settings


            You can hide alerts on Mobile by simply switching the toggle off (set by default). 


            However, in case you want to show alert on mobile then, you need to configure the conditions whether you want to show it on top or bottom. 

            You can also optimize the alerts for mobile by simply switching the toggle on (set by default).



            Note: You can also save the campaign as draft and can continue later.


            Step 4: Save the Settings


            Once you are done with all the above steps, don’t forget to save the campaign by clicking on ‘Save Settings’.
